These are available from the publications sub-directory, but you'll need to know that the PRs themselves have the following file names:

1. 31-ET_PR1.pdf — The long-awaited PR1 (released 18th September 2018)
2. 31-ET_PR2ish.pdf — The second PR (released 12th October 2018)
